Posting this because three people this quarter have asked at the door rather than reading the notice, and the notice is inside the gate.
The gate is warm. That is correct and it is not a fault. It is warm because it is working, and a cold gate is the condition that would require a call.
To pass it: approach at a walk, do not stop under it, and do not turn around inside it. If you turn around inside it you will come out the side you went in and you will have lost some minutes. The minutes are not recoverable. Several tenants have tested this and the tower has stopped logging it as an incident.
The tower has grown fond of the tenants. This note is why.
