I review every listing for grammar, for price, and for whether the thing being sold can exist. People are surprised by the third one. It is the one that takes the time.

A gentleman offering a staircase from a house that has been demolished. Staircase is fine, existence is fine, price was fine. Rejected on grammar, and he has been told he can resubmit, and he will.
A trombone described as haunted, at a price that was clearly the price of a trombone. Accepted. The claim is the seller's business. The price told me he was honest about the instrument.
A door. No house, no frame, no hinges given. Seller would not say what it opened onto. Rejected, and I want to be clear that it was not rejected for being strange, it was rejected because he would not answer the question, and that is different.
Two hours back to your car, lost near the gate. Rejected. Not a classified. Talk to the Custodian.
