Since the board is new. I will go first.
Found it in a rental car outside Nashville, scanning because the presets were somebody else's. Landed on a man reading maintenance notes in a completely flat voice and I assumed it was a numbers station until he said something kind at the end of it. Sat in a car park for the rest of it.
That was two years ago and I have not really gone looking for another station since.

That was a Tuesday reading. Tuesdays include the tenant notes, which is the part you are describing.
Truck radio, overnight, somewhere on I-40. Thought the signal was bleeding over from something else and then realised the something else was the programme.
My father. See my other thread. I have been looking for one song for thirty years and I found a whole station instead, which is not a fair trade but I am not complaining.

Every one of these came in through a different door and not one of you was looking for us. I have a list of how people arrive and it has never once repeated.
A colleague sent me a link to an obituary for somebody who was not dead. I read the whole archive in a night.
